- Property Coin aims to raise USD 50m via ICO
Aperture, a US-based issuer of blockchain-based securitized cryptocurrency Property Coin, announced that Ryan Scott, Tesla’s investor as well as entrepreneur, has joined to its project advisory team, according to the recent press release.
Co-CEO Aperture Andrew Jewett was cited as saying that Ryan’s stature on board is a huge boost to our project, adding that the appointment would help the Property Coin ICO, along with expanding Aperture’s existing platform, given his strong track record. While its private sale ends on 30 April, its crowdsale expects to start on 1 May this year. The project is aiming to raise up to around USD 50m via ICO.
Aperture’s real estate business includes the acquisition, rehabilitation and disposition of distressed residential real estate, in addition to writing loans for smaller investors.
