Japan Blockchain Conference(JBC) 2019 has been started today, and will be taken place till Jan 31 in Yokohama, according to its official site.
JBC2019 is aiming at showing the future of the blockchain technology while inviting top leaders, companies, and organizations from Japan and overseas in this rapidly growing space.
Guest Speakers include DFJ Venture Capital’s Tim Draper, IOHK’s Charles Hoskinson, Sirin Labs’ Moshe Hogeg, Centrality’s Aaron McDonald, PumaPay’s Yoav Dror, LINE Corp’s Executive Officer Shinichiro Muroyama, BITPoint Japan’s Founder Genki Oda, DMM Bitcoin’s Managing Director Hitoshi Taguchi, IBM Japan’s Business Unit Executive Michiyasu Takada and others.
JBC 2019 is organised by The Global Blockchain Associtation, and supported by Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Industry and Economic Affairs Bureau of Yokohama City.
Event sponsors include Forbes Cryptomarkets and IBM as Main Partners.
In last year’s JBC 2018, Japan’s SBI Holdings CEO Yoshitaka Kitao made a keynote speech, and the event had 100 experts and exhibitors, along with a total visitor of 10,000 during 2-days.
